We only provide 100% Angus or Angus crossed beef products which give you the best quality in flavor and marbling.  We have a variety of options, from a single cut to a whole carcass. All of our products are either USDA or state inspected. Some of the custom options we offer are dry aged beef and pork, as well as bourbon infused products.
